OC Foreclosure Bus

We will tour Mission Viejo, Lake Forest and possibly Laguna Hills foreclosed homes. When I say foreclosed homes I mean- CLEAR TITLE, already bank owned, homes that are under market value. We take a "3 hour tour" of the homes with a lender on board to help you understand the payments for each home and to get pre-qualified with if you should choose to write an offer. We also have a home inspector on board who jumps ahead of the line of buyers entering the home and does a quick sweep of the home looking for obvious problems. You would still need to hire him to do a thorough home inspection if you should choose to go forward and purchase any of the homes. We have a contractor or handyman on board should you have any questions about upgrades or the TLC that is needed in some of the homes. We do our due diligence for you by checking out many homes before the tour and picking only the best deals at that time. We then pull the comparable properties for your review, the taxes and mello roos bonds that are on the property, we find out what the bank paid for the property and as much as we can from the agent who has the home listed.
